Festive Flurry Ornament

This is a pretty simple tree ornament made using the Festive Flurry stamp set and matching framelits. You can also make one of these as a gift bag decoration.

This card was made using the "Bright and Beautiful" stamp set and star framelits from Stamping Up.

Project for the Preschool Moms

I had the privilege of doing a project with some awesome ladies at our church's preschool this month. I cased this card from Judy Wright on Pinterest ( Pinterest is so awesome!) and came up with a tag to match. This is a new stamp set from Stamping Up called Festival of Trees and I just love it! I also love the colors Pear pizzaz and lost lagoon, they go so well together.

It's That Christmas Card Time of Year!!

Yes, I do LOVE Christmas and I love making Christmas cards! I am one of those people that still sends out Christmas cards and this year I am hoping to have time to send everyone one on my card list a hand made card. Here are a few that I have already made.

Mini Rice Bag Hand Warmers

These rice bag hand warmers are so easy to make, a great project for a beginner sewer! I made a bunch of these for Christmas gifts. They are small enough to put in your coat pocket or you can even put them inside your gloves or hold in your hands to warm them up after being out in the cold.

Christmas Gift Tags

These are simple Christmas gift tags that I made using the scalloped tag topper punch. You can hang them from a gift bag or attach them to a gift.

Gift Box

I cased this box from Linda Parker. It holds 6 Ferrero Rocher chocolates and is great for gift giving    (I'm big on gift giving). This box is pretty easy to make and can be made for any occasion.

           I did CASE this idea from someone off the internet, but I forgot who.

These are so quick and easy to make and they make great gifts too!! Christmas will be here before you know it and who doesn't love a hand made gift!!

More 3x3 Card Boxes

These are the 3x3 card boxes in more colors. Each box contains 5 matching cards with envelopes. 

Mini Post It Note Holders

I love these!!!! They are mini post it note holders that I CASED from Pootles.co.uk. They so easy to make. You can use any Stampin Up designer paper, or card stock, and punch one end with the scalloped tag top punch. Decorate any way you like and you have a great little gift, stocking stuffer or a cute note pad for purse.

Box With 3x3 Note Cards and Envelopes

I "cased" this project from Pootles.co.uk. It's a box that holds 3x3 note cards and envelopes. This would make a great little gift or to keep on your desk if you need to write someone a note. 

Mini Composition notebooks

These are mini composition notebooks covered with designer paper from Stampin Up! These are so easy to make and you can use any punch or other embellishment to give each one a different look.

Tea Party!!

I absolutely loved having these ladies over for a tea party, we all had so much fun!! We had some food, played a couple games, did a couple Stampin Up projects and laughed a lot!!

 I love simplicity,. The center pieces were so simple but added color and were so cute.

 Look at these lovely ladies. I'm so proud of how their projects came out!!

Such a Cute Little Box!

This is the cutest little box I ever made ( I CASEd it from Pootles.co.uk)!! It only big enough to fit something the size of a Cadbury Creme Egg!! I just love it!

I'm Having a Tea Party!!

I have a few ladies coming over for a Stampin Up tea party. These are some of the favors I made for them and the card we will be making. There is going to be games (with prizes), snacks, a card making project and of course - TEA!! I will post pictures of the party after it happens.

Simple Card

I made this simple card using the "Secret Garden" framelits from Stampin Up. Unfortunately they just retired them so they are no longer available on the Stampin Up website. I chose to make this a "congratulations" card, but it can be used for any almost any occasion. 

Masculine Birthday Card

This is the first masculine card I made, I love it!! I got the idea for this card by combining things from two different cards I found on Pinterest, and added a little touch of my own.

April Paper Pumpkin

This is the April 2014 Paper Pumpkin project from Stampin Up, it's a Mother's Day framed art kit. This was my husbands first craft project, he made it for his mom for Mother's Day and I made a card to go with it. It was fun to work on a craft project together! 

This is one of my favorite cards!! The background is made by lightly pressing a piece of masking tape or painters tape on the ink pad then lightly pressing it onto the card stock. The colors used are summer starfruit, crisp cantaloupe and coastal cabana. The stamp set is Summer Silhouettes. Try using different colors to give it a different look.

What a cute little gift this would make, a tea light gift box. I made this with the sweet sorbet designer series paper from Stampin Up! The colors I used are pool party (box), Crisp cantaloupe (banner), and summer starfruit (butterfly).  You can decorate the tea lights by wrapping them with coordinating washi tape.

These cute little treat boxes were made using the Scallop Tag Topper Punch from Stampin Up! You can use any color paper and any kind of ribbon depending on the occasion. They can hold about 4 or 5 Hershey Nuggets or several Hershey Kisses. I got the idea for these from Julie Davidson. If you would like to know how to make these you can leave me a comment and I can email you the instructions.  Eventually I will have the instructions for the things I post listed on my page. ;)

This is a file folder gift card holder and envelope using the envelope punch board by Stampin Up! The envelope punch board is a great tool to have, you can make so many different size envelopes and you can also make many different size boxes!!
