Shower Card

I love how soft and delicate this card come out! Since I needed a bridal shower card I used it for that, but you could use this for any "girly" occasion. The background is stamped, you can use any stamp set for this. I heat embossed the girl on vellum and then used our Fun Stampers Journey "Bubble Gum" silk to color the dress. I love this technique!

I used the "Dance Life" stamp set for this project.

Swirly Flowers

This is a new stamp set for the new Fun Stampers Journey annual catalogue, it's called "Flower Swirls" and it has a matching die set! I colored the flowers and leaves using our color splash pencils - I love them, they are so easy to use!!

Christmas in July!

Fun Stampers Journey does an all day event on Youtube called "RG Presents". It's a full day of learning new techniques, new product demo's and creating 4 projects. The event costs around $75, and you get 4 complete card kits. Each event kit comes with a bunch of full size products. This kit came with 2 full size stamp sets and 2 die sets, and a free Holiday mini catalog that goes live Aug. 1.

Sentimental Prints

This is a very easy and fun card to make. The stamp set I used is "Sentimental Prints". This is another stamp set that I get a lot of use out of! The ribbon and ink splatters (made using FSJ) silks) are from the "Be Amazing" collection - the collection is discontinued, but these items are still current.

Jewelry Tags

Just a quick little project I did for a friend that was selling donated jewelry for charity. I wish I took pictures of all the different colors I made - but you get the idea. I used the "Tag Elements" dies for this project.

Life Music

A Card For Guitarists

I used the "Life Music" stamp for this card. The "Happy Birthday" came from a different set but I'm not exactly sure which one. The background is stamped with the "Vintage Notes" stamp - love that stamp, I get so much use out of that stamp!.

MORE BUTTERFLIES!!!!

This is another project you can make using the same technique as the Easel card.

I glued alligator clips to the back of these. You can attach them to anything!

They look great clipped to a tote bag. You don't have to just use a butterfly stamp for tis - you can use whatever you have, I bet flowers would look amazing -  I need to try that!

Easel Card

I got this card design from Richard Garay (president of Fun Stampers Journey). I didn't have the exact supplies to duplicate his creation, but I think it came out pretty close. It's good to case (Copy And Share Everything) someones creation and put your own spin on it anyway - as long as you give credit to the person you cased it from.

This butterfly is made using the stamp from the Fun Stampers Journey February Bloom Box. This is called an easel card, it's made to fold flat or to stand and be displayed as art. So easy to make and such a unique way to give a card to someone.

 Richard Garay did a video to show how to make the butterfly look 3-D and how to combine different mediums to create a beautiful a beautiful piece of artwork.

Valentines Day Card

I LOVE this little bird card!!! This was the card I made my hubby for Valentines Day. 

The stamp set I used is called "Bird Tweet", it also has a coordinating die. I got the idea for this card from the Fun Stampers journey catalog. It's not just a catalog to order from, you can get SO many great project ideas from it, I use it all the time for ideas or inspiration.
